If you also stay with us for lunch or dinner, we'll be happy to serve you homemade dishes from the Gostišče Sobočan kitchen. That way, after a day of exploring or celebrating, you won't need to go anywhere else — just settle in comfortably, eat well and enjoy the evening.

Gostišče Sobočan is an excellent choice for anyone who wants to be close to Maribor while spending the night away from the city bustle. Nearby you'll find walking paths, the Drava river, Maribor Island and the Devil's Rocks, while the centre of Maribor is just a few minutes' drive away.
With us you'll find a pleasant base for exploring Maribor, Pohorje and the surrounding area, while still enjoying enough peace to truly rest at the end of the day.

Yes, homemade breakfast is included in the room rate for all guests. If you have special dietary needs, please let us know at the time of booking.
What time is breakfast served?+
We serve breakfast in the morning by arrangement — we coordinate the time with your plans so you never have to rush.
What about parking?+
A free private parking lot is available for guests in front of the guesthouse, suitable for larger vehicles too.
Are pets welcome?+
Yes, by prior arrangement. The surcharge for a pet is 5 € per night.
When is check-in and check-out?+
Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. We can accommodate special timing requests by arrangement — please let us know your expected arrival time when booking.
Is the tourist tax included in the price?+
Prices include 9.5% VAT; the tourist tax is charged separately upon check-in.
